NAC appointed as agent for world's largest FSRU
Reaffirming NAC's positionas a leading shipping agency in Qatar, the company wasappointed as the shipping agent for the world's largest Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU), MOL FSRU Challenger, on the vessel's maiden voyage to load LNG at the Ras Laffan LNG terminal in November 2017. This appointment bears testament to NAC's reputationas a trustworthy and reliable partner in providing efficientshipping agency services to ship owners.
NAC extends agency services
NAC handled its first vessel representation for a vessel at the new Hamad Port. With the addition of Hamad Port, NAC now extends itsservices to a total of eight ports and terminals across Qatar, which is a marked achievement compared to the two ports - Ras Laffan and Mesaieed, that it used to originally serve. It is also noteworthy that NAC has maintained a perfect safetytrack record over its 11 years of operation, with an average of 4,300 port calls handled per annum.
